There were beautiful displays of glassware throughout the store...
There were a few visitors admiring all the beautiful colors...
There were a few visitors that were trying to do this...
And we certainly didn't want it to end up looking like this!
Blenko Glass is one of the few places left in the United States that makes glassware using the ancient craft of blowing glass. It's a great factory tour, great shop, and interesting museum all for free. Put it on your list of to do when you come visit me!

WOW! My first thought is MAN! SSOOO brave bringing all those little fingers into that place!
My second thought is... chalk up another COOL destination for the S-clan! Great pictures! (And I see Z-man is still around!) FUN!!
what a neat place, looks fun.
my favorite it the pic of that cute little hand on the glass!
you're good to get out and explore!
That is a cool stop on the AJ Tour of the Midwest.
What beautiful pictures!! I'd be afraid to bring little ones into a glass place, but it looks like everything stayed in their respective places. You do find such fun things to do no matter where you go. You are awesome!
you SERIOSLY walked out of that place with NO accidents? WOW! Not sure that I'd be so lucky. Can we visit places that are soft and spongy?
Love the glass... if I had to do Venice over again I would have taken a trip out to another island near Venice where the main glass factory is. I;ve always wantedto see this done in person. How far from home is it?
You all give me too much credit. I locked Miller into my arms and ran! We had a few near misses. Only 15 minutes! If I give you the right directions ;-)
Great field trip...not sure I would do it. I like the picture of the little hand also!!
