It was my second art class. You can see the cute "hand" bat on Cooper's desk. He's one of my best students ;-) It always amazes me how everybody can look at the same example, and make one totally different. That's what I love about art - different perspectives.

I think i'll learn from your class and make the hand bats with my kids today...i have one home sick, so we need a nice activity! they'll love it.

You are my hero, miss mom-of-the-year... how do you teach art IN school with a babe on the hip? VERY cute bats. Have you met smart mama yet? She does very cute artsy things. You could stockpile some ideas from her blog. She has mad cupcake skillz.

Cooper is so intent in what he is doing. Cute idea. But then, you are full of ideas. The children certainly are lucky to have you teach them in the art class. You have such a wonderful way with your children, and I am sure this rubs off on those who are not yours. The parents are fortunate to have you. Can't wait to see what you do for Thanksgiving and Christmas!
