Dallas County Fugitive Escape

 DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - A woman being transported from Missouri to the Dallas County Jail to face drug charges escaped from the deputy who was escorting her at DFW Airport on April 8.

Jerrecca Louise Stevenson, 24, was last seen walking near a hotel in Euless wearing a red hoodie, a black tank top, and gray sweatpants. The Dallas County Sheriff's Office said she still had restraints on at the time of her escape from custody.

Jerrecca Louise Stevenson, 24, is wanted after escaping from deputies at DFW Airport on April 8.  

Stevenson faced charges for Insufficient Bond on Possession of a Controlled Substance and a Possession of Controlled Substance and will now face an additional charge for Escape.

Body of Missing 25-Year-Old Dallas Woman Found, Husband Arrested

Police say woman's husband was arrested and is expected to be charged with her murder

A man who was reported missing earlier this week has been arrested and is expected to be charged with her murder after her body was found under a Dallas bridge Wednesday afternoon.

Dallas Police said the body of 25-year-old Kyaira Nicole Williams was found under a bridge near southbound 8800 Julius Schepps Freeway at about 4 p.m. Wednesday with multiple gunshot wounds.

A CLEAR Alert had been issued for Williams after she was reportedly last seen a week ago near the 9700 block of Walnut Street. Police said at the time that the woman may have been in need of assistance.

Dallas Police Homicide Detectives have arrested Williams' husband, 26-year-old Brannon Williams, and said he'll be charged with murder though they didn't offer any details on what led them to develop him as a suspect in her death.

Williams is currently being held in the Dallas County Jail on a $250,000 bond. It's not clear if he's obtained an attorney.

Investigators have released no other information about the woman's death or the investigation into her disappearance and murder.
