Yes, on the way to the doctor, and yes to steroids! Thank goodness. Don't want to mess around with the eyes. His lips were the most painful. It was hard to eat.
HUNTER, OUCH! I KNOW YOUR MOM WILL BE SURE THAT YOU ARE CARE FOR. I REMEMBER WHEN SHE HAD AN OUTBREAK OF POISON SOMETHING BEFORE. MY HEART IS FULL OF SYMPATHY FOR YOU.

Oh, Hunter, so sorry for the breakout of probable poison ivy. Glad you are on steroids to help you with it. There is also something on the market that you dissolve in water to use as a soak. You'd have to check to see if you can use it on your face. You'd have to soak a cloth in the solution and then put the wet cloth on your face. Have your Mom check at the pharmacy. It cuts down on the itch and helps dry it up. Can't think of the name of it right now, but I used it when I had poison ivy on my arms. I remember so very well when your Mom had a severe outbreak of poison ivy when living in Northboro. She really had a bad case of it. Hope it feels better soon.
So sorry to see you suffer. I hope you are doing better. Did you have to miss school? Can't say I know how you feel, but I fully sympathize for you. Hugs.

In the end, the number of prayers we say may contribute to our happiness, but the number of prayers we answer may be of even greater importance. Let us open our eyes and see the heavy hearts, notice the loneliness and despair; let us feel the silent prayers of others around us, and let us be an instrument in the hands of the Lord to answer those prayers. I want to be the kind of Mom that would remember to get the broken Wheezy off of the shelf, fix his squeaker, and put him back in the toy box, having hope that my boys will still want to play.
