I feel like Pandora's Box has been opened.
Miller has discovered the big boys' scooter, and isn't happy riding in the wagon anymore when we walk the dog.He goes up hills and down hills. Is he suppose to be able to do this before he's 3?

He and Haley could be scooter buddies. She picked it up coping Ethan this summer...so not normal @ 3 much less 2!
He sounds like my Taima. Taima has been riding Sai's scooter since he was 2 years old or maybe even a couple of months before he turned two. Taima has always looked older than he really is.
Having Older brothers- Miller just wants to do the things that his brothers are doing.

YES. But where's his HELMET?!
Knowing your boys, I'm not surprised that he has picked up the skill. I agree that he should wear a helmet. I've seen too many head injuries.
