Okay, with six boys and one man, we do a lot of this. This happened five minutes away. It's confusing living near two state borders. We drive over the bridge nearly every day, and we're in West Virginia. Usually I stay put, and I'm in my house in Ohio. But, the weather was perfect, and my husband, the get up and go guy, had his fix for the weekend.

Another exciting outing for the Schenewarksd! Why is, Cooper's, I think, face covered by the man's hand? As soon as I saw "Civil War", I knew it was something that Jarrod would love as well as your boys. Looking forward to seeing you on Monday. Love, Aunt Shirley
Oops, I typed a "d" after your last name--sorry about that. Guess I've done too much proof-reading today. Aunt Shirley
that looks like a fun event, like always you should be on the payroll for you towns tourism board.
okay THANK YOU for meeting my daily needs. I was missing your post today. Were Cooper and Sawyer captured? What's up with that picture? Please explain. :)
J. had his fix, and THANK GOODNESS, too, because we were all anxiously awaiting your next post! And SO glad it's another destination. (Are you writing a book? Seriously.) And readers want to know who REALLY is taking that picture? S. is looking frightened. Why are the eyes of the young and innocent being shielded? And now, for the REST of the story....
What a great place to be...an area so rich in out Nation's history. When I was in High School I had the chance to visit D.C. and all those other areas. It was so much fun.
Cooper was being drilled by the soldier, in a joking manner, when I approached their camp and asked them if they were interested in six healthy boys ready to enlist. When it came to picture time, the soldier was just being funny. Sawyer decided at the last minute to jump in, but is a little bashful (not scared).
you guys get out! your boys must LOVE this stuff!
