So sad to see you leave today! What a wonderful week having everyone under the same roof at the same time. Such a luxury as you grow older! We thoroughly enjoyed ALL the activities we squeezed into the week - minus some of the larger expeditions - here are some obvious reminders:
Celebrating my birthday...with everybody...
Learning electronics so the kitchen is high tech wired...
Laughing and dancing in the kitchen...
Finding paint and touching up baseboards and walls...
Celebrating Tanner's birthday...at home...
Reading books and reading books to others...
Playing THE train game...
And three-way chess...
Fooz ball competitions...
Star gazing...
Taking Christmas card pictures...
Finding and constructing a basketball hoop for Miller
Add in a trip to Corsicana for fruit cake, a trip to Tyler for family, a huge gingerbread making extravaganza, a few airplane trips, golfing, church services, flower decorating and a Thanksgiving dinner we did pretty good for five days. Imagine spending an eternity together!
Thank you for traveling so well, and accepting your less than commodious bedroom accommodations. We love you dearly, and can wait three weeks to see you again!
