Pretty purple flowers,
early April showers.
While you're playin' in the sun
and having lots of fun
spring is on the way!
Yay!
Get'n out of school,
tryin' to stay cool.
Head'n for the shady spot,
feelin' real hot.
Jumping in the pool,
stayin' real cool,
make way for the king,
his majesty Spring.
Cannon ball!
Now spring has come and gone.
The summer will be long.
The Spring has been as fun
as playing in the sun.
