'Tater Time!

We love potatoes! They go a LONG way in filling up six hungry boys! These are fresh from the farm.

We're storing a few in the garage for the winter months.

I'm not from Idaho, but I recognize a good 'tater when I see one.

We're THANKFUL for Jean and Martin, our good neighbors, who share their connections and love with us. If you're in the neighborhood, stop by for some GREAT mashed potatoes!

Don't you just love it when you "love your neighbors"? We love ours, they are great!

Potatoes in all forms are my favorite food! I will never be one to cut carbs:)

And I am starting to feel pretty darn good. I think I am almost out of the woods. A trip to see Eva and her family this weekend should lift my spirits, too!

One of those potatoes looks like a turtle! When you bake them up, get out the Mr. Potato Head stuff and play with your food! It's fun.

Nothing like fresh potatoes out of the garden! My mother and I used to chop up an onion in our mashed potatoes and add butter, salt, and pepper--Yum!
