Later that day, Tanner played in his high school basketball game, and as a result of diving for a loose ball, got a concussion, wiggly front tooth, braces imprinted on his upper lip, and a day off from school while he visited doctors, dentists and orthodontists. Update to Heavy Hands, Heavy Heart

Tanner, that wasn't the way to cheer yourself up!! Sure hope you DO NOT lose that front tooth. Let's hope that it will solidify. Sorry you were hurt and hope you are feeling better. Love Aunt Shirley
mouth guard! i'm so sorry - that is one of my biggest fears, messing with permanent teeth. i'm cheering for you! ;) a little something, something in the mail.
I think we all have had a year or 10 in our lives that nothing goes right no matter how hard we try to do everything right.
This, Tanner, is YOUR year that will build character and how you make it through will be the direction the rest of your life will take. Knowing your liniage I am oretty sure that this year will make you stronger and more determined and not break you.
Hold you head up and keep walking, eventually this will all be behind you and you will be better and stronger for the experience.
Say, Tom, do I hear Mom Priscilla speaking here? Sounds like something she might have said to you in your teen years which you have carried with you into your adult life. Good lesson here.
Tanner that looks like that hurts. I'ver read the comments from the last entry and agree with them all. You have a lot of people who care and love you. You're a fortunate young man.
