Arrow of Light Recipient

Porter is recommitting to Cub Scout lessons learned. He was the only boy to get the yellow paint on his chin (light).

With the Order of the Arrow indian dancers looking on, Porter crosses the bridge from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts.Porter being welcomed by the boys in the scout troop.
