Plans have changed. Houses certainly look a lot different in person that over the computer! Some of the houses we really liked were dumps. Or next to trailers. Or spray painted. But this seems to be the one. Your father is spending the day getting the paperwork done to begin the bidding process.
Specifics? 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 acre, 2260 square feet, 2006
Best features? 1 acre lots, 4 bedrooms, lots of windows...
And a cool kitchen ;-)

Beautiful, though I personally would not want the 1-acre lot. What is the price? I'm guessing prices there are better than Utah, even. :-)
