Camping in Sharon, Vermont, the birthplace of Joseph Smith, had to be one of my favorite things we did. I haven't been here for seven years!

The all-girl hike was by far my favorite activity!

Around smore time I'm looking a little smored out and ready to snooze!

Sawyer was the energizer bunny, and I finally figured out what was recharging his batteries: the candy stash from his girl cousins!

Porter helping Uncle Roger set up a canopy tent. He worked for hours on those poles, even during a thunder storm!

Cooper loved the pond and pond life, sharing an undeveloped tadpole.

The boys loved swimming in the river, lots of currents.

When the fish was caught, Porter cleaned it and even cooked it up.

Tanner loved getting in a throw with Grampy.

The cooking tent with my twin!

Camping is hard! Looking like I'm all smored out here too.

More fuel for the energizer bunny: smore overload.

Hunter trying maple syrup soda.
(Two thumbs down!)

Mr. Brown Sign and Uncle Roger visiting his country store from yester years.

One of the highlights of the camping trip was Mitchell receiving the Priesthood from this amazing group of men.

We'll be back!

Cool family camping trip! Hope Jane is doing great.
You were probably smored out because of all the fun activities you did while you were here!! Always a party with the clan!
Next year, right? :) The hike was my fav. too.
Yes. You will.
We'll ALL be back!
And from what I heard, you had the entire place to yourselves which was awesome! Glad you had such a wonderful time with all of your families.
I see all the wonderful ties at the ordiantion, but a yellow bow tie on Tanner? I thought he was a purple tie man.
Okay ~ remember the last picture for the next time you go and line up the same for camera... let's see how they GROW! :) Fun pix all the way at a very favorite spot to visit, our turn coming up Labor Day weekend :)
It's that time of year, we're headed for Camp Joseph tonight! I randomly googled Camp Joseph and got Sawyer's "candy stash" picture, though I thought it was his Toothbrush at first! My have the boys all grown so much physically, emotionally and spiritually since these photos were taken. Thanks for bringing back fun memories! <3 <3 <3
