Scout Sunday

Scout Sunday is the Sunday closest to February 8th, the day the Boy Scouts of America was founded. Our pack is chartered by the New Hope Methodist Church here in Proctorville, and I felt it important we go as a way of thanking them for their service to the community.
The Minister asked them to hand out programs.

The Pledge of Allegiance this day was begun by the Cub Scouts.
I'm sure doing things like this aren't their favorite memories, but I hope the memory will mold their character. Thanks for going, boys!

A very important lesson for all. Your boys do well with service, and I'm sure they will remember all of the "small" experiences in their lives.

What good looking Scouts. Our home is filled with photos of the boys in thier uniforms. Looking forward to the next Eagle Scout, and the next and the next and the next.
