True Love

Sawyer's school is doing a coin "harvest" for the Ronald McDonald House.
"Pennies for Patients."
I gave him my pennies that collect on the kichen windowsill.
I emptied the pennies from my wallet.
He collected pennies in different ceramic pots around the house.
But, him getting down his own money jar and emptying ALL his pennies, probably close to 200, all of his own accord, made my Valentine's Day a true day of love.
Even Miller got to help him fill up the box.
Happy Valentine's Day!

You have sweet boys. The best gifts usually are the ones you get to give.

If you lived closer...I'd empty my very full penny jar just for him. What a thoughtful gesture of love.

Future huminatarian! Love him, I can just hear the clinking of them counting pennies, always fun & a proud moment, especially when he gets to turn them in.
