I know garbage collectors have it rough.
There's been many a day when my can has gone out with more trash than what they bargained for, dead and alive.
Compacting the truck right in front of my house shouldn't be disgusting!
But it was because of the five gallons of black sludge that dripped out the bottom of the truck, and left this nice stain in front of my driveway. Is this normal?

Okay that is just gross! Did you call the city?
I go along with Joy. Call and report them to clean it up.
Gross:( Call the city and have them come clean it up. I wouldn't attempt it myself...you never know what is in it.

ewwww, call the city and make a fuss about it possibly being a health hazard, you will go right to the top of the list and get it cleaned up.

Time to make some lye soap. I've not seen that done since I was just a little guy, but the mess looks the same, and I can still smell it years later.
