Welcome Home!

It might have been really sad that he, who was gone for two years,

came home the day your caliper froze

so instead of him seeing your face first

he was met by everybody else,

wondering where you are

and why you're not there

until he sees you

running down the hallway

and you see him wondering

if you are finally there

and you know

even if your face wasn't seen first

it was the one he never stopped looking for.

Hi Amy Jo,

Just thinking of you tonight as you anxiously await Tanner's arrival tomorrow. I can only imagine the joy that will be felt by all. Wish I could be there! We are looking forward to seeing all of you soon...Emma and Anna are especially excited!

I know Tanner will receive much well deserved praise for his amazing success as a missionary...I would like to offer a few words of praise for you as well...You are an exceptional mother and your children are so blessed to have your love and influence in their lives. Way to go Amy Jo, and Congratulations! Tanner wouldn't have been as great a missionary as he was without his amazing mother guiding, teaching, loving and supporting him throughout his life.

I love you!

Rachael

Oh my goodness, I CRIED reading this! I think I cried more than I did when I saw Eldon. Those pictures of him with Breyer are PRICELESS! Actually, all the pictures are priceless. I wish I had brought along someone who was just there to take pictures. I am jealous that you have so many!

Welcome home, Tanner! What a wonderful homecoming with hugs and kisses and that special little princess waiting for her brother. Loved all of the pictures.
