Sawyer had a return appointment to check on his arachnoid brain cysts...to determine if there is a change in size, and confirm that they're just cysts.

He was NOT thrilled about the MRI, nor the IV. Too much noise, and a needle.

Here he's waiting for the topical anesthetic to work.

But: The best part of the appointment was the stick-on ear muffs.

Definitely the highlight of his visit.
