Our neighbor had a new furnace delivered, which came in a very large box.
It became a fort on the deck for a day or two...
Then the knives came out and the box came down!
Literally one whole day was spent making armor and swords, including shin pads and shoulder caps, for three would-be knights.
I am especially impressed with the string detail, and duct tape reinforcement ;-)
This is more than recycling, this cardboard is priceless!

Great ingenuity! Loved what was created from the cardboard. Way to go, boys!
Higgins Armory here we come, I can tell all the little Knight’s and Ladies need a trip to see and be seen in shining armor.
Cardboard is one of my favorite toys.
