Yuletide Log Sandwiches

Every Christmas Eve we have "yuletide log" sandwiches.
These are just big sandwiches with all the fixings.
This year's most popular combination was pastrami on toasted homemade rolls with farmer cheese, and a few fixings.
Yum!
Sometimes my husband's combinations make me pucker. Like roast beef with cranberry sauce.

But he was pretty conservative this year, and created a winner to share.
Even though all the younger boys still wanted ham.
