I finally figured out cowboy pants meant pants with belt loops.
A very important feature needed to facilitate holding his weapon of choice.

That little buckaroo looks just like he came from Texas! Amazing, he did come from Texas, it must be born into native Texan’s to need belt loops, 2 gallons hats and cowboy boots.
He absolutely has to have a place for his guns.....every cowboy has to have a place for those!
