She does know how to garden, that's for sure. My beans are slowly growing in a pot in the back yard and my beets in a window box. I don't think either of them are doing well. My tomato plants, on the front porch, have a couple of tomatoes that are taking forever to turn red. Maybe by September, I'll have something!!
Steves comment made me laugh...but really, your mom seems to have so much energy and drive to get things done. Impressive!
